How much time is required each week?

The program is built for people who are already busy. We don't give you "homework"; we give you implementation. Most clients find success by blocking 2–3 hours a week for the curriculum and attending the monthly 90-minute live session where we actually execute the work together.

Why work with both Grace and Alanna?

How do the 1:1 sessions work?

In the Full Growth Plan, you have 6 private sessions. You choose how to spend them. If you’re restructuring your team, book Alanna. If you’re analyzing a potential pivot or cash flow leak, book Grace. You have access to both experts throughout the six months.

Is hiring the main focus of the program?

No. Hiring is one of seven modules. You cannot hire your way out of a broken story or a financial mess. We fix the foundation, the identity, and the money first. Only then do we look at expanding your capacity through Soul-Aligned Hiring.

What is the "Get It Done" session?

These are 90-minute live blocks focused on execution. We provide the support, answer the questions, and then you use the time to finish the task. You leave the call with decisions made and actions completed, not added to a "later" list.

What is the refund policy?
