Grace Del Rey
CEO and founder of SGBS Consulting Inc.
She has over 25 years of experience in the financial industry working with clients in different sectors from professional services to non-profit to manufacturing. She served as treasurer on the Westside Referral Network and Friends of Coeur D’Alene Elementary. In 2008, she began working with small publicly traded companies. Grace graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with a BFA and has an associate degree in computer science, which she uses to program third-party applications with QuickBooks and navigate other accounting software like SAP and SAGE 90.
She loves learning how different companies have succeeded and uses her knowledge to coach her clients to take their businesses to the next level.
Alanna Levenson

Alanna Levenson has had an untraditional career path exploring Tech Sales, Start-ups, acting and Entertainment Corporate, Non-profits, CX and finally embraced her life purpose in Coaching starting in 2005. As a lifelong learner she is an ICF PCC Credentialed Coach with grounded experience in Professional Coaching, Team Coaching, Leadership Development and Small Business Coaching.
With I Love My Life! Coaching and Consulting, she’s worked with 200+ individual clients, ran MasterMind groups, and worked with small business owners and entrepreneurs. During her time at Cisco, she facilitated over 200 workshops encompassing custom Team Coaching, the “Power of Teams” and Virtual Health Checks with teams across all organizations.
She holds multiple coaching certifications from HearthMath Institute, ORSC/CRR Global, GTCI, TMBC, and iPEC. She also has a HR Management Certificate from Cornell University ILR, and a PCC credential from ICF International.
When she isn’t working and makes it a priority to step away from her computer, she enjoys traveling, reading, cooking, growing her own food, yoga, hiking, spending time with friends and family, and staying up to date on world events.
